Dr. Sarah Hoffe is the Section Head of GI Radiation Oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center and joined their faculty in 2006. She is an Associate Member at Moffitt and Associate Professor in the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine’s Department of Oncologic Sciences. Dr. Hoffe is also interested in the integration of novel patient engagement technologies that improve the patient experience, such as piloting novel virtual reality tools. She is on the Editorial Board of Cancer Control Journal and is active at the USF Morsani College of Medicine where she is a coach for the SELECT program and the Leadership Competency Co-Director.

Philip A. Cola, PhD is a hospital and research administrator with 25 years of experience in the fields of fiscal, legal, scientific and ethical reviews of research. Dr. Cola is an Associate Professor of Management at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). He was the Vice President for Research and Technology Management at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center for 21 years where he oversaw the Institutional Review Board, clinical research compliance, grants administration, research finance, and clinical research education and training. He holds an appointment as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Medicine at CWRU where he teaches leadership assessment and development
