Great leaders are made, not born.

Everyone can advance their career through focused professional development with the help of a great coach.

JFQ Consulting follows a framework of coaching with compassion, based upon the Intentional Change Theory developed by Richard Boyatzis, Ph.D., co-creator of the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI). Unlike coaching for compliance, we view coaching as a positive experience of personal and professional growth. Through a focus on what motivates you and drives you to be a better you, coaching can help you create the path that will take you to the next level.

Can you or one of your colleagues benefit from a coaching relationship?

• Are you trying to make a change and would like assistance in finding your path?
• Would you like to develop your leadership skills?
• Are you trying to motivate employees in moving through organizational changes?
• Would you just like support dealing with the daily challenges of organizational life?

The Process

The JFQ Consulting coaching experience begins with 360-degree feedback assessment. The meetings are usually held via telephone, though face-to-face meetings are possible if it is mutually convenient for both parties. In general, your coach will initially lead you through the process of exploration of your leadership perspective and your vision for the future. As the relationship continues, the coach will guide the coachee in creating a developmental plan based upon where they are now and what they hope to accomplish through their development.
